Training Programs

Everyone requires different attention to reach their goals. Some look for strength while others look for weight-loss. There are a variety of training methods that are effective as long as they are followed under the guidance of a qualified trainer. I am known for my no-nonsense and very aggressive training style. I challenge my clients physically and mentally. Aristotle, my favorite philosopher has two quotes that I enjoy. “We are what we repeatedly do. Therefore, excellence is not an act, but a habit” and “You become what you do.”

This attitude is what you learn in your training. I’m not interested in having my clients walk on the treadmill at a comfortable pace so they can read a magazine. That’s not fitness. I’m not interested in my clients leaving the gym and eating what they are not supposed to and then when they don’t lose weight blame me. Fitness is training for objectives. What you want to accomplish requires hard work. You will be pushed hard. I have been called names, expletives and once spat on (he received a broken nose). Despite all of this my training style has remained unchanged. Why? Because, you will get the results you want… and in turn you will be happy.
