As an athlete there are two options that you can consider.
The first is Residential Training. This simply means that you will reside in Central New Jersey for a 12-week period while training 5 days a week and in some cases twice a day.
The second option is Non-Residential Training. This is a valuable option for those who don’t want or can’t leave family for extended periods of time. You come to Central New Jersey for a four day period. During that time you will train and have your training program and nutrition explained. You will also have structural balance testing as well as any medical tests required.
If you select this option you will have one day every two weeks to discuss any questions or concerns. At the end of the off-season you will return for another day of evaluation.
For both options you will be assessed for both upper and lower body strength and structural balance. Additionally, you will be evaluated with the Biosignature Method 12-point body fat test. This test will assist you in proper nutrition and supplementation.
The program is divided into different phases based upon your individual needs. This may include Structural Balance Testing, Body Composition Analysis and Specific Programs for Hypertrophy, Strength and Power.

First, for the training in the off-season and then secondly, for your competitive season your choice of food is too important to leave it to chance.
